About Us and Our Services

Take control of your future. Secure your place to study medicine in the EU now.

We provide placements in Europe for some of the top English medical universities in the Czech Republic. Classes are provided in English and the qualifications are recognized internationally. Once you have completed your studies in the European Union (EU) you may work throughout the European Union as a medical doctor.

In the Czech Republic, high-school graduates enrol in a long-cycle Master’s degree programme lasting five years (dentistry) or six years (general medicine). After completing a Master’s degree, graduates may continue onto a Ph.D. programme or enrol in a specialization training programme.

With five faculties of medicine

The Facility of Charles University

The Facility we use is Charles University which has five faculties of medicine, three of which are in Prague, one is located in Pilsen and one in Hradec Kralove. They are independent institutions of equal standing, each having its own medical facilities. They all offer degree programmes in English and the awarded degrees are all comparable. The curriculum of English-taught courses is fully comparable with the current international standards and is accredited by the EU. All five faculties of medicine follow the historical tradition of medical teaching at Charles University. Nevertheless, there are differences among the faculties as to their approach to teaching methods. The original three medical faculties in Prague used to be independent faculties with slightly different focuses.

The applicants may also choose to study Pharmacy. The Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove offers either an undergraduate 5-year study programme Pharmacy or a post-Bachelor study programme Pharmaceutical Sciences (2 years).

About Chris and Jess

Why do we know so much about this?

Our story started with the realization that it was near to impossibly to get my daughter, Jess into a South African medical university. She tried to gain access since matric which included 2 years of a BSC in medical sciences. This did not work out and we were left with the only solution to gain access to medical studies outside of South Africa.

With costs being a factor, we could not look to West Europe but only to East Europe. We found a university that accepts South African applicants but the application paperwork took almost 2 years to receive and send, which also resulted in her losing her spot in one of the European universities for that year. We did not know the process and all the different documents required.

Due to our suffering and challenges, we now know what is required and even though it may change, we have been able to compile a list of documents required to streamline the process and reduce the time it takes to gain access.
